1. Overview

Strikeovers ("we", "us", "the site") operates strikeovers.com, a free-to-play social casino offering a single browser game. This policy describes how we handle information relating to visitors. We have tried to keep it readable; where it is dull, it is dull because it is precise.

2. We do not require an account

There is no registration on Strikeovers. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, postal address or payment details in order to play, because none of those are needed to load a wheel. No payment is ever taken on this site, and we hold no payment instruments of any kind.

3. Information handled in your browser

Your coin balance, current bet, stake and round history are held in the memory of the browser tab you are using. They are never transmitted to us, never written to a server, and disappear as soon as you reload or close the page. We cannot see them, and we cannot restore them.

4. Information collected automatically

Like effectively every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical request data — IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp and response status. This is generated by the act of serving a page and is used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and identify abuse or attack traffic. These logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Strikeovers sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking identifiers. We do not operate an ad network, we do not sell audience data, and we do not participate in behavioural advertising. If we introduce any non-essential cookie in future, we will ask for consent before setting it and record that fact here with a revised date at the top of the page.

6. Third parties

Page fonts are requested from a third-party font provider, which necessarily receives the technical request data described in section 4 in order to serve the files. Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Beyond these, no third party receives information about your visit, and we do not share, rent or sell any visitor information to anyone.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has been using the site, please contact us and we will assist where we are able — though note that with no accounts in existence, there is typically no stored record to remove.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Because we do not collect personal accounts, balances or payment data, the quantity of information exposed by any conceivable incident is minimal by design. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we make no such claim.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may hold rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to us using the address in section 11. We will respond within the period required by the law applicable to you. In most cases our honest answer will be that we hold nothing beyond short-lived server logs.

10. Changes

We may revise this policy as the site develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Strikeovers after a revision indicates acceptance of the current version.
