1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Strikeovers ("we", "us") governing your access to strikeovers.com and the game made available on it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Strikeovers. By accessing the site you represent that you meet that age requirement and that your use of the site is lawful where you are. You are responsible for knowing whether social casino content is permitted in your jurisdiction; we make no representation that the site is appropriate or available in any particular location.

3. Nature of the service — please read carefully

Strikeovers is a social casino offered for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling service. Specifically, and without limitation:

  • No real-money wagering, betting or staking of anything of value takes place on this site.
  • Virtual coins are a functional part of the game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, gifted, exchanged, cashed out or redeemed for money, credit, goods, services or prizes of any kind.

  • Virtual coins are not your property and confer no rights. They exist only within a browser session and are extinguished when it ends.

4. Permitted use

The game runs entirely in your browser, and we accept that client-side code can be inspected and modified by anyone who wishes to. Reading our script is expressly welcome. Altering it locally affects nothing but your own tab, produces no advantage of any kind, and is not something we police — but any resulting balance is meaningless, as all balances are.

5. Availability and changes

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Quoting short passages with attribution for review or commentary is permitted.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on this site is provided for general information and entertainment and does not constitute advice of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or virtual coins, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence or any other theory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party links

Where the site links to external resources, we do so for convenience and take no responsibility for their content, policies or practices.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. As there are no accounts, this ordinarily takes the form of a technical block.

11. Revisions

We may amend these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
